We are happy to present this quite lovely 4” Scale Burrell Traction engine for sale.

The paintwork on this engine could do with a bit of TLC, But overall this engine works well.

​

This comes with 2 pokers, a chimney extension, and an option to include a heavy haulage trailer as a deal. Trailer listed in the "Trailers and Implements" section.

 

With a working pressure of 100psi, this example is built with a steel boiler made in 2005 with copper tubes. It looks to be in regular use and club tested most years initially. In 2016, it was then commercially tested by Dave & Matt Wothers.

 

Made to the ModelWorks design. This engine comes with the standard injector and water pump arrangement.

This engine is freshly tested, including a 10-year Hydraulic. June 2026
